Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

Welcome to www.solara.skin, owned and operated by SOLARA Labs LLC ("SOLARA," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any products offered through it. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. SOLARA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color, texture, or finish variations may occur due to your monitor settings, lighting conditions, or screen calibration. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or fraud detection. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details on our returns and exchange process. Opened cosmetic products are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, brand assets, and UI design — is the exclusive property of SOLARA Labs LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLARA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any cosmetic product if you have known skin conditions or allergies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOLARA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website

• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our website without permission

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in any reviews or communications

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SOLARA. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

10. Force Majeure

SOLARA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, carrier disruptions, pandemics, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us at hello@solara.skin to resolve your concern informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court where appropriate.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
